Holy Day Mass Schedule

Tuesday, November 1 is All Saints Day.  The Mass schedule for this Holy Day of Obligation will be as follows:  Monday, October 31 at 5:30 p.m.; Tuesday, November 1 at 7:00 a.m. and 12:05 p.m.  These Masses will be celebrated by Father Dan Scheetz.  Anyone wanting to help with the ministries for these Masses please sign up in the foyer of the church.

Please note there are no daily Masses this week - October 24 - October 28.  Fr. Dana Clark will cover Mass on Saturday, October 29.  Fr. Dan Scheetz will cover Masses October 30 - November 2.  Please pray for Fr. Rich as he travels to Rome with a Seminary Priest friend.  In case of an emergency please contact Jeannie Solko (462-2179) and she will contact a priest.

National Vocation Awareness Week

November 6-12 is National Vocation Awareness Week.  This week is sponsored by the USCCB Committee on Clergy, Consecrated Life and Vocations.  This is designed as a special time to foster a culture of vocations for the priesthood, diaconate, and consecrated life.  Becoming a priest or a man or woman religious is not primarily our own decision... Rather it is the response to a call and to a call of love - Pope Francis.

Seminarian Special Collection

A special collection, for the seminarians in our diocese, is scheduled for the weekend of November 12/13 in all parishes.  We are exceptionally blessed to have 13 men who, with God's grace and our prayers, will one day join our Diocese in priestly ministry.  Your efforts to support this collection serve to connect our seminarians with you in a tangible way.

Priesthood Sunday

October 30th, the last Sunday of October, is Priesthood Sunday.  This is a special day set aside to honor the priesthood in the United States.  It is a day to reflect upon and affirm the role of the priesthood in the life of the Church as a central one.  Without a priest, no parish is able to be a Eucharistic Community.
