Carnival 2016

Sacred Heart’s annual Carnival will be Sunday, February 28th, from 11:00 to 3:00. All families will be assigned a time to work. The work schedule may be downloaded from documents page. If you cannot work at the time designated, you must find your own replacement.
Each family is requested to bring a pie for the kitchen, one kitchen/bath walk item (example: dish towels, spatula, measuring cups, lotion), and two bake walk items.  Please bring these items no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of the carnival.

It is important to remember this is our single largest money-raiser each year.  We would like to thank you in advance for making this year’s carnival successful.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       This year the final student count for raffle ticket sales will be done Thursday, February 25th. Students wanting credit for books sold must have them turned in to their teacher by 8:15 on the 25th. Preschool students should turn in final tickets on their last attendance day before the 25th. Please send tickets and money to the school as collected.  More tickets are available in the school office.  Each week that students hand in at least a book of tickets they get to put their name in a drawing for an iPad Mini, basketball goal or theater tickets.  If they are the top seller in their class for the week they get to put their name in the drawing an extra time. Only students who turn in books of tickets get to put their names in the drawing.  If they hold all their tickets until the end, they may end up being the top seller for the school, however, they will only get to put their name in one time for the drawing. Students receive one free game ticket for every $10 of tickets sold.
