Raffle Tickets Due Thursday

For students to receive credit for raffle tickets they are due Thursday, February 23rd by 8:15 a.m.

Carnival Information

Sacred Heart’s annual Carnival will be Sunday, February 26th, from 11:00 to 3:00. There is a link where you will find a work schedule for the carnival. Please note when and where you will be working that day.

If you cannot work at the time designated, you must find your own replacement. Please do not call the school and tell them you cannot work.  If you do not fill your shift, there will be a monetary penalty you will be required to pay.

 If you have other obligations you might offer to bake items or donate a kitchen or bath walk item in return for another family working for you.

 Each family is required to bring a pie for the kitchen, one kitchen/bath walk item, and two bake walk items.  Please bring these items no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of the carnival. Again, if your family does not bring your items, you will be charged a monetary fine for each service not provided.  It is important to remember this is our single largest money-raiser each year. When we work together on things as big as this, great things happen. Money from the carnival pays for new textbooks and so much more for the school.  We would like to thank you in advance for making this year’s carnival successful.  We apologize for having to start fines, but we find this necessary to emphasize how important the Carnival is for the continuation of our wonderful school. 

 This year the final student count for raffle ticket sales will be done Thursday, February 23rd. Students wanting credit for books sold must have them turned in to their teacher by 8:15 on the 23rd.

 IF the school makes their goal on Thursday the 23rd – THERE WILL BE NO SCHOOL ON MONDAY, FEBRUARY 27th!!!!

 We will be sending home game tickets with your child on Thursday or Friday before the carnival. They receive one game ticket per raffle book (one sheet) that they have sold. Be sure to bring them to use on the day of the Carnival! Preschool students that do not bring home their tickets should pick them up at the ticket sales table on the day of the carnival. Extra game cards are available at the office if you are interested in buying them before Sunday. They are $5 per card.

Black Polo Shirts

Home and School has graciously purchased black polo shirts for all K-5 students. These polo shirts will be worn EVERY Wednesday. If students come to school without them, they may be asked to call you to bring it for them to wear.

Raffle Tickets

Raffle tickets are available to purchase from all Sacred Heart School students. They are $1 per ticket, $10 for 12, or $5 for 6. Thank you to all of our generous sponsors. Drawing will be Sunday, February 26th, during the carnival.
